I had such a great experience at Ootsy Hair with Utku! This is my fourth time getting a cut with him and I always leave happy. He is not only incredibly talented, but also a really nice, easygoing guy. The whole atmosphere is super relaxing, which I really appreciate. I’m not very talkative during haircuts, and he totally respects that — calm, relaxed, no pressure for small talk. Hands down the best haircut I’ve had in Miami. If you’re looking for a skilled stylist and a chill vibe, definitely give Utku at Ootsy Hair a try. Highly recommend!

I came across Ootsy hair through Instagram - I just recently moved from Austin, Texas to Miami, Florida and in search of a really good stylist and I found him! He’s so knowledgeable and comes from a long line of family hairdressers back home in Turkey. He’s wonderful, funny and gave me so much wonderful advice on how to maintain my hair and keep it healthier because it is a little damaged from not up keeping it . 10 out of 10 would recommend - I’m definitely coming back to him for any future appointments! I got a balayage hair treatment, a small trim and a beautiful blow dry! 💗

I have had some pretty bad experiences in the salon since I first decided to color my hair about 2 years ago. This was the most amazing, professional, salon service I have ever experienced. Utku is very kind and very realistic about what can be done as far as your hair ideas go, and let me tell you, he does not disappoint! He is very meticulous with his work and it shows in the final product. The blend in his balayage is seamless and beautiful, he keeps the conversation going and doesn't mind the silence if you're not a big talker(like me) the process can be long but he makes sure to check on you periodically to see if you need anything and that you are comfortable. I also fell asleep several times and he did not seem to mind. I wanted to go from dark brown/black to blonde for my birthday, along with some grown in colors from other services I've had done in the past and the final product was BEYOND my expectations. The amount of compliments I got were endless. Worth every dollar, you will not regret choosing Utku for your next hair idea!

I had an amazing experience with Ootsy today! From the moment I first contacted him, he was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain the entire process of getting my hair from where it was to exactly where I wanted it to be. When I arrived, he made sure to go over every detail of what I was looking for and he absolutely delivered. The appointment lasted about 8 hours, and throughout the whole process he was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. He even went out of his way to buy me lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely not expected. He is not only a talented stylist but also a very kind human being. If you’re looking for someone skilled, patient, and truly dedicated to his clients, I highly recommend Ootsy!

I’ve struggled for years to find a permanent hairdresser in Miami, constantly bouncing from one place to another without ever feeling truly satisfied. Recently, I decided to try Utku, and I was beyond impressed. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. On top of his talent, he was extremely polite, kind, and even generous in offering coffee to make me feel comfortable. He was also very accommodating with my busy schedule and makes himself available, which is such a rarity. It was such a refreshing experience, and I finally feel like I’ve found my go-to hairdresser in Miami. Highly recommend!
